Catering is one of the most, if not the most, important pieces of any great event. That is why the Vault of Scottsdale works with high-quality caterers in order to sell the experience and the environment. Our preferred catering partners can help ensure that you have the perfect food for your event and can address preferences and dietary restrictions for planned guests as well.
THE VENUE
The Vault of Scottsdale features 16,000 sq ft. of space for events of all types. Our rustic meets modern, custom-designed, 1400 square foot lounge and theatre event space contains state-of-the art architecture and features panoramic views of our collection, making events at our location are unforgettable. We recognize that an important aspect of any event space is the support team, and our venue staff works to create the perfect event for you and your guests from start to finish — leaving you free to enjoy. THE LOCATION
Located next to the Scottsdale Airport, we offer a prime location for charity, birthday, social, healthcare and corporate events of all kinds! The central location of our event space makes travel to and from the venue simple for you and your guests, and our venue is in proximity to numerous hotels and shops in the area.

What is included in the “Venue”?Lobby, lounge, conference room, 4 unisex bathrooms, free guest Wi-fi and free street parking for up to 200 guests.

How do I “hold” a date for an event?A specific date can be held by paying a venue deposit.

What is your venue deposit?A $1500 non-refundable deposit will hold your date. Deposit will be put toward the venue total.

Is Venue deposit refundable?No, venue deposit is non-refundable.

Why do all vendors have to drop off and pick up on the same day?Due to insurance all vendors and event items must be removed by the end of the evening. No exceptions.

Do I have to use your preferred vendors?No, all vendors are subject to approval and must be licensed and insured. All vendors must produce a certificate of insurance for the day of the event. No exceptions.

Are there any restrictions on decorations?No open flame, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, fog machines or sparklers.

Can we bring our own alcohol?Yes, you may purchase your own alcohol. The vendor who is serving alcohol must provide a certificate of insurance.

Can I bring my own décor?All décor is pending approval from management. All decorations and décor must be removed the same evening as the event.

Where do guests park?We have free street parking for up to 200 guests. We can provide recommendations for Valet if needed. We recommend ridesharing to and from.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?Yes, you may leave your car on the street overnight.

Am I required to hire your security?Yes. For parties larger than 50 guests. We require one security guard per guard per 50 guests. Security fee is not included in venue fee.

Can I hold a children’s party/prom/high school graduation at your venue?No, all parties must be for 21 and over.
